Let's get your account set up. Here's what you need for registration my. hamilton.ca sign in. If you are already signed up, you can use the existing credentials to login or if you are new to my.hamilton.ca, please sign up by completing the registration. If you need help to sign up on my. hamilton.ca, you can watch the video on the City of Hamilton homepage. You'll also need your latest hub issued bill. You will need your account number and latest bill amount for validation. Now let's see how you can sign up. Sign into my.hamilton.ca. Locate water and Sewers tile under service categories. Underwater management subtitle, select the first option Access utility billing account. Complete the three-step validation. You will be directed to validate the account information. Enter the account number. Quick tip hub account number always starts with a followed by 8 numbers and last bill amount. Update the profile information. Agree with the terms and conditions and click Sign Up. Once you click Sign up, you will be directed to the home page of the Hub Customer Portal. Let's see what you can do on the Hub Customer Portal. On the home page you can view your account balance, make a credit card payment, sign up for E bills, submit a move in or move out request, and view your consumption file. Under Services, Forms and Services you can submit a pre authorized payments application and submit your meter reading. Under Financials Billing you can view your bill history and payment history. Under profile, you can update your contact information, update your communication preferences, sign up for alerts like upcoming bill due date or bill past due alerts, link multiple accounts and also provide guest access to your accounts. To protect your privacy, Please remember to select appropriate permissions when providing guest access. Example limiting the guest to see the bill amount and make payments only.
