Uh, CL we are live streaming. Thank you. We have quorum. I will begin. Welcome everyone to the March 5th Heritage Richmond Hill meeting. This afternoon's meeting is an electronic meeting being held pursuant to section 238 3.3 of the municipal act 2001. Please note that we have received regrets from committee member Agnes Parr. The public had the opportunity to submit written correspondence regarding agenda items by email to the clerk's office. All written correspondence received by 12 noon yesterday would have incl would have been included on the agenda. However, none was received. The public also had the opportunity to apply to appear as an electronic delegation either by video conference or by telephone by 12:00 noon yesterday and as well none were received. Therefore, as chair of the committee, I call the meeting to order and ask for a motion to adopt the agenda from a member of committee. Please. Thank you. Diane Mloud. Agenda item number three. Are there any disclosures of pecuniary interest? No. Oh, yes. We have to vote on it. Thank you. Thank you, Mr. Clerk. I'm so sorry. Okay. Um, adoption of the agenda moved by Diane Mloud. All those in favor? Thank you. That passes unanimously. Next is disclosure disclosures of pecuniary interest and the general nature thereof. Seeing none, we'll move to item number four, which is adoption of previous minutes. And as I always say, I trust that all members of the committee have read the minutes. Uh agenda item 4.1 um that the minutes a that the minutes of Heritage Richmond Hill meeting HR01-26 held January 15 2026 be adopted. Could I have a member of committee move that please? Bob De Mambro. Thank you very much. So moved. Are there any comments from any member of committee? Seeing none. Okay. All those in favor passes unanimously. Thank you. Okay. Agenda item number five. We have no delegation. So we can move straight on to scheduled business. The first uh agenda item 6.1 SRPBS.26 26.005 Notice of intention to designate 100030 Young Street, city file number D12-07 433. Could I have a member of committee bring that forward to the floor, please? Thank you. So moved by Barbara Marwan. Thank you, Barbara. As the mover, do you have any comments? No, I do not. Thank you. Okay. Thank you. Is there anyone else on committee who would like to comment on the agenda item before us? Seeing none. Hello Annette. Welcome. We're on agenda item 6.1. The first our first one. It is on the floor. So moved by Barbara Marwan. Do you have any comments? No, I don't. Thank you. No, sorry. Yeah, thank you. Annette, do you have any comments? You joined us late. No. Okay. Thank you. Okay. So, seeing no comments, I have none other than to say thank you uh to our staff for presenting us with a very very uh comprehensive uh report. Um I I agree with the recommendations before us. I will now put that to a vote. Uh so before us is 6.1 SRPBS.26.005 notice of intention to designate 100030 Young Street city file number D12-07433. All those in favor seeing none opposed that carries unanimously. Thank you. We'll move to the next agenda item which is 6.2 2 SRPBS.26.006 Notice of intention to designate 12125 Young Street, City File D12 dash 07495. May I have a member of committee bring this forward for discussion, please? Diane McCloud. So moved. Thank you. Diane, as the mover, do you have any comments? No. Okay. Anybody else on committee wishes to comment on the matter before us? Bob De Manro, go ahead. I just want to say again, like you said, Karen, the report was quite comprehensive and I thank the staff for all the work that they did to bring this forward. Thank you, Madam Vice Chair. Agreed. Any further comments? See uh Timothy, go ahead. Uh through the chair. Uh I just have a question. Uh we I think we have uh uh voted on that last year and I remember seeing the presentation. uh and right now it's because of a I guess a mistake uh administrative mistake uh that the owner wasn't identified uh so we uh we have to bring this forward again my question is uh was it the only reason the only uh problem because uh uh we don't have the proper uh ownership uh record at the time uh because I noticed that there have been uh uh comment about back and forth discussion uh since then. Uh was it a problem with the uh uh owner about the destination process? Is it just a question? Yeah, good point. Timothy, thank you. Uh Kunel, could you help us with that one? Or Julia, welcome Julia. Um hello through through you, Madam Chair. Um yeah. So, so Timothy, that is that's correct. Um we did bring this report forward um last year in June of last year. Um and it was um endorsed by the committee. Um and as Timothy said and as is outlined in the staff report, um the reason why we're bringing it back is because there was an issue with the legal notice that under the act has to be served. So um because there was an issue with the the city's records whereby the owner was being recorded as the church itself um and the true owner was actually the dascese. So because we didn't serve notice on the dascese um they wrote us a letter saying that you know they they um that we hadn't um fulfilled our legal duty to notify them. Um but they also did request at that point that we have some um further discussions with them. they had some issues with the way that some of the attributes were described. Um, so the the the uh statement of significance that is appended to the staff report that's before you today does have some refinements to the heritage attributes um in comparison to what what came forward last time. Thank you, Julia. Timothy, does that answer your questions? Uh, yes. Thank you, Madam Chair. Thank you. You're welcome. Thank you, Julia. Um, anybody else who would like to make any comment on this matter before us? Seeing none. Okay. So, before us is 6.2. Uh, once again, thank you very much to staff for um their comprehensive um report. Um, between this one and the one before, we have, I think, two very very valid um properties to designate. Uh, so 6.2 SRPBS.26 26.006 notice of intention to designate 12125 Young Street, city file D12 07495. So moved by Diane Mloud. Uh all those in favor, thank you very much. That passes unanimously. Okay, that ends our agenda items for today. Um uh Mr. Deputy Clerk, before we move to adjournment, can you please confirm the date of our next meeting? Thank you uh to the chair. Uh the next meeting of HRH is on Thursday, April 2nd. Okay, thank you very much. So, Thursday, April 2nd. We'll see everybody back here. So, agenda item number seven, who would like to move for adjournment? Can I see a hand? Ah, councelor Davidson. Thank you very much. Yes, Madam Chair, how do you keep control of such an unruly group? Honestly, it's such a pleasure to be on this committee. Anyway, yes, I will move for adjournment. Thank you. Thank you, Councelor Davidson. All those in favor of adjournment passes unanimously. Thank you so much, everybody. Um, I appreciate your attendance and my thanks again to staff. Have a great afternoon.
