Okay, so we're back in open session. Thank you very much. And uh there is an uh recommendation coming out of open session, Mr. Clerk. Um thank you, Mr. Mayor. Uh, it is moved by councelor Silivet, seconded by councelor Del Davidson, that the council office staffing and access policy attachment a to confidential close session staff report SRCFS 26.003 with an effective date of November 15, 2026 be approved. Okay, so we have a mover and second or a motion on the floor. All those in favor that carries unanimously. Thank you very much. So we have um a bylaw. We need a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of this council meeting. Councelor Leu, Councelor Davidson, all those in favor. Thank you very much. That carries. And finally, a motion to adjurnn.
